Kimi Watanabe-Finster is a fictional character who appears in the Nickelodeon animated television series Rugrats and its spin-off All Grown Up! as the shows. She is voiced by Dionne Quan and first appeared on in "Rugrats in Paris: The Movie". Kimi last appeared in the All Grown Up! episode "Brothers Grimm".
